Surveillance Report on Influenza A abundance in Danish Swine

We have just finalized the annual surveillance report 2019 on the prevalence of Influenza A viruses (IAV) in Danish pigs. The results again confirm the co-circulation of a variety of variants harboring genes originating from human IAV and by that emphasizing the importance of the FluZooMark project investigating the zoonotic potential of IAV found in swine.
